Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 31 May 2026 · Dunamis Hosting

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using Dunamis Hosting Services. It exists to protect our customers, our network, and the wider internet.

1. Prohibited content

  • Content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, or violates the rights of others.
  • Malware, phishing pages, or content designed to deceive or harm visitors.
  • Sexually exploitative material involving minors — reported to authorities without exception.

2. Prohibited activity

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating mailing lists without consent.
  • Network abuse including denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized access.
  • Running processes that degrade shared-server performance for other customers.
  • Cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting plans.

3. Resource usage

Shared hosting is intended for normal website workloads. Accounts that consistently exceed fair-use CPU, memory, or I/O limits may be asked to upgrade to a VPS or managed cloud plan.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, depending on severity. We will, where reasonable, notify you and provide an opportunity to remedy the issue first.

5. Reporting abuse

To report a violation of this policy, please contact our abuse team with details. We investigate all reports promptly.
