Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hosting, domain, and related services ("Services") provided by Dunamis Hosting. By creating an account or ordering a Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to host or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to engage in any activity that disrupts our network or other customers. Full details are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Payment and renewals
Services are billed in advance on the cycle selected at checkout. Renewal invoices are generated automatically before the due date. Prices shown at signup apply at renewal unless otherwise stated. You may cancel at any time from your client area.
4. Money-back guarantee
Eligible shared hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations, renewals, and add-ons are non-refundable once provisioned.
5. Service levels & support
We target 99.9% network uptime and provide support 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate Services that breach these Terms, that remain unpaid after the due date, or that pose a security or legal risk. Where possible we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through your client area. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
