If your email lands in spam or won't send:
- Always use SMTP authentication in your mail app (the same username and password as the mailbox).
- Make sure your domain has valid SPF and DKIM records — cPanel → Email Deliverability shows their status with a one-click Repair.
- Use the secure ports — IMAP 993, SMTP 465 (SSL).
