Download a backup: cPanel → Backup → Download a Full Account Backup, or back up just your Home Directory or a single database.
Restore: use JetBackup (where available) to restore files, databases or email to a previous day in a click — or open a ticket and we'll restore from our daily backups for you.
Tip: always keep your own copy of anything irreplaceable.
